Surgical method
Butterfly lift
Minimal incision of about 2–3 cmA minimal incision of about 2–3 cm at the temple, inside the hairline

Dissect the SMAS layer from the front of the cheek to below the ear.

Secure the SMAS layer with sutures, then lift and anchor it to the temporal fascia.

Remove excess skin after lifting.

Suture the incision.
MACS lift

Make an incision of about 5–10 cm in front of the ear.

After wide dissection, lift the SMAS layer.

When more extensive lifting is needed, perform an extended mini facelift.

Locate areas of concern for wrinkles and sagging
Analyze the causes of facial sagging
Analyze facial wrinkle depth
-
