So when the operation is over and you wake up, you may feel extremely thirsty. But you still cannot drink immediately after surgery—you need to wait until the anesthesia has fully worn off. When you are so thirsty, why make you wait? Here is another question: “I had square-jaw reduction and my friend had chin surgery. We had surgery together, but only I need to stay in the hospital for a day! Did something go wrong?” That would make you anxious, wouldn’t it? In fact, some procedures require a hospital stay of about a day. It is because of the type of surgery, not because the operation went wrong. Let’s ask the doctor about that too! And what if your nose looks crooked after the rhinoplasty you had finally decided to get? Was there a problem with the operation, or could there be another reason? Did you know postoperative swelling can differ between the right and left sides, both around the eyes and the nose? There are also reasons other than swelling that can make the nose seem crooked. Curious? Click to watch!
