This patient appeared in an earlier video and had expressed dissatisfaction with their appearance. They particularly disliked how sagging skin made their eyes droop and their cheeks look skeletal, giving them an older appearance. To address these concerns, the patient consulted Dr. Kim Kiwan at our clinic and underwent a forehead lift, fat grafting and nasolabial implants. Today, we take a close look at their postoperative progress and final results! Initially, the patient had swelling and bruising, which resolved over time. As these gradually subsided, the patient quickly returned to everyday life. After one month, the patient had recovered fully, to the point where scars or signs of surgery were barely visible. The double-eyelid creases that had been hidden by sagging became visible again, and fat grafting filled the hollow areas, changing the overall appearance.
