Many people are unsure when to choose a sub-brow lift or a forehead lift to address this concern. A sub-brow lift improves sagging between the eyes and eyebrows, while a forehead lift addresses not only the eyelids and brows but also forehead sagging. A sub-brow lift measures the sagging area along the lower edge of the eyelid and removes an oval section of skin; a forehead lift approaches downward from the scalp to improve sagging around the eyes. A sub-brow lift suits people who want to keep their existing double-eyelid crease while improving only the sagging skin. It is particularly effective for age-related loss of skin elasticity at the outer eye corners or loose eyelid skin. However, when the eyes and brows are close together, or the outer corners sag more than the inner corners, a combined approach with upper blepharoplasty or a sub-brow lift may be needed. Recovery is relatively quick and scarring tends to be inconspicuous, but sun protection and aftercare are necessary. Lifting the fat or tightening the muscle during a sub-brow lift can provide a lasting effect. We particularly recommend a sub-brow lift for people in their 40s and 50s or older who have developed sagging. Please consult a specialist to find the approach that suits the degree of sagging you have. We hope today’s video is helpful. Join JAYJUN Talks✧*.◟(ˊᗨˋ)◞.*✧
