Today’s patient was concerned about hollow-looking cheeks after weight loss, a mouth area that appeared to protrude, and eyes that had begun to droop with age. The patient already had a beautiful eye shape, so we planned an endoscopic forehead lift to widen the space between the brows and eyes for a brighter appearance. Fat grafting was performed to restore volume in the hollow cheeks. We also planned to add volume to the front of the cheeks, the nasolabial folds and the chin for a more youthful look.
